- Self-Care activities
- Free Henna designs
- Free hot chocolate
- Tips from Student Wellness Centre staff regarding stretching and additional information on the mental health benefits of exercise
- Access to campus mental health supports
The Student Wellness Centre will also have an area offering stress-busting activities such as meditation, breathing exercises and stretch/yoga breaks on a drop-in basis.
