Winston Everett Distorter Media Click here to read more Interrobang articles written by Winston Everett Published: Monday, October 15th, 2007 A typo in last weeks edition of The Bang helped boost the fortunes of one local candidate in the provinical election while killing the dreams of a second. Candidates for the Progressive Conservatives and NDP were identified under the wrong party platforms causing mass confusion amongst the 40 students who bothered to vote on election day. P.C. Candidate Jim Chapman edged out NDP candidate Stephen Maynard by 70 votes for top also ran behind Liberal Kahlil Ramal in the London-Fanshawe riding. Maynard supporters are charging those 40 votes would have vaulted Maynard ahead of Chapman by 10 votes into second, even though he still would have been over 2,800 votes behind Ramal. Disclaimer: Stories printed in the Fanshawe Distorter are in fact fictious. Any resemblance to persons real or dead is intentional and entirely hilarious. Proudly distorting the truth since 2005.
